Who We Are

The Hampton Roads Community Empowerment Alliance (HRCEA) is a collaborative program that includes pastors and their faith-based organizations, community service leaders, researchers, clinical and social service providers, and community members. The HRCEA aims to sustain and support the physical, social, and economic health and well-being of the community's residents by addressing community-identified challenges and supporting community-identified strengths.
